When checking out via the BioGrip Inc - e3 Fitness Grips Shopping Cart System, please be sure to provide all relevant, requested information to aid us in filling your order and to be able to contact you in case of a problem.

You must provide a valid email address in the billing section of the order form. If you do not, you will not get a confirmation email, and we may not receive notice of your order which could cause it to be delayed.

The shopping cart will email you an electronic receipt immediately upon submission of your completed order from e3FitnessGripSalesbiogrip.com , and we may also email you from e3gripsalesbiogrip.com

If using spam controls or filters (ala AOL), or an email whitelisting system (ala Earthlink), make sure to whitelist or otherwise permit or unblock emails from those addresses before placing your order to be able to receive your confirmation and subsequent communications. We can not "click links", "fill out applications", or manually resend emails that bounce off of spam filters or email address whitelisting systems, and will be unable to email you for confirmations, clarifications, or notifications.

After filling out the order form with billing, shipping and payment information and clicking the "Continue to Order Review Page" button you will be presented a confirmation page where you may review your order info before final submission. If there are errors in the info the page will tell you so, and prompt you to go back and correct the problem.

After clicking the "Press Here To Confirm and Place Your Order" button you will get a final confirmation page with your order number displayed. Please either print the confirmation page or write down the order number for reference. You should receive the confirmation email shortly thereafter also.

If you do not see the confirmation page with an order number, then your order was not submitted, most likely due to an uncorrected error. If you are not able to correct the problem, email us at Customer Support  and we will try to determine what might be wrong.

PayPal:
We utilize PayPal as an alternate payment method.                               

Please note that if you choose PayPal as the payment method, make the transfer to PayPal but DO NOT complete the payment process and return to our shopping cart, the cart will still issue you an order number while noting that payment was not authorized. Your order is NOT COMPLETE if this occurs, and will not be shipped!

In the above situation, you need to start over with a new order (place items in cart, etc) or contact us to arrange manual PayPal payment for the unfinished order.

IF we notice an incomplete order from you followed by a completed order we will by default cancel the first incomplete order unless we hear otherwise from you.

Promo/Discount codes:
A promo or discount code entered on the initial cart item list page will immediately be applied if not expired or invalid. A promo or discount code entered on the payment page along with the payment info will not appear until  the next confirmation page when reviewing your order before final submission.

The shopping cart is smart enough to not apply an expired code, but there are other promo codes that are only valid for returning customers, affiliated groups, etc, that the cart might apply, but will not be applied/honored except for the intended recipients.
