We try to ship orders the same day the order is received, but orders placed on weekends or late in the day will usually ship the next business day.

 During busy periods we may get a bit behind due to order volume, and custom items (like skipoles, and rehab and exercise equipment) may require extra fabrication time.

USA Shipping:

For USA orders, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class mail are our basic shipping methods as they are the most cost effective, convenient, and speediest non-expedited shipping options. 

It usually takes 2-3 days, and sometimes 3-4 days, but  please allow up to 7 to 10 days for transit time.

Priority and First Class Mail can be delivered to residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Expedited domestic shipping:

FedEx 2Day shipping is available. This is delivery by 4:30pm the second business day after the order day (Example: If order is placed Tuesday, delivery would be on Thursday).

Cost is approx $18 for a 1 pound order (Single or 2 pack) shipped to locations on the east coast of the USA, and a bit less (approx $14) for locations near Sacramento, CA.

The only real advantage of FedEx 2 day is that it is guaranteed 2day, while Priority Mail is guaranteed 15 day (but arrives in 1-3 days 99% of the time anyway.) If you absolutely have to have it.....

FedEx Std Overnight (delivery by 3pm next business day) delivery runs approx $38 for a 1 pound order (Single or 2 pack) for east coast destinations.

FedEx shipments may also incur an additional $1.40 to $2.20 rural delivery surcharge for delivery to locations that FedEx considers to be "rural".

USPS Express Mail (next day delivery) is also an option at $21 for 1 or 2 pound shipments, but is sometimes 2 day depending on destination. Also, Post Office drop-off times are earlier than FedEx drop-off times, which means orders must be placed and fulfilled earlier in the day to make next-day Express Mail delivery work.

If you need expedited delivery, try to let us know as soon as possible, and we will work out a cost efficient method to fit your needs.

International Shipping:

International shipments are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail International, which provides the best balance of speed vs cost, and take 4-6 days* according to the USPS.

*These time estimates don't include additional time that the local postal Service in the destination country may take, or customs delays. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Expedited shipping to International destinations via FedEx is available:

FedEx International Economy service (2-5 days)  for a 1 pound order (Single or 2 pack) begins at about $48 (Canada), $55 (UK), and $71 (Ethiopia).

FedEx International Priority (1-3 days) service is also available starting at about $61 to the UK as an example.

FedEx  International First service (2 day to select cities) starts at about $115 to London for the first pound.

If you absolutely must have it in a couple of days email us for specifics and a shipping quote.

There may be additional small FedEx surcharges for remote locations, residential vs commercial delivery, etc depending on destination. Also, FedEx may also charge customs brokerage fees for these shipments - which can be significant..

Note: International customers are responsible for any and all tariffs, taxes, or customs duties that may be imposed by their governments upon entry of the shipment into their country, and may be contacted by the shipping carrier to resolve those duty issues.

The shipping method shown is our default method, but we may choose another method depending on speed, cost, etc. Keep in mind that our goal is to provide you the customer the most cost effective, yet reasonably speedy shipping option available.

If you require expedited shipping we can provide services through FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select, Express mail, Global Express Mail, etc) Call us or email Sales with your requirements and the shipping address for a shipping quote.

The shipping charges that the shopping cart system shows you are correct for single item purchases, but may be  too high when multiple items are purchased since the cart just adds up individual item S&H amounts to come up with a shipping total in some cases. Be assured that we will adjust your shipping charges to reflect reasonable amounts based on the additional weight to be shipped in multiple item orders.
